- No person shall peddle or solicit without having complied with the provisions of Ordinance Code 111 of the City of Bedford, IN
- Peddlers/Solicitors must apply for a permit from the City Police Department and pay the license fee required by 111.12 of the City Ordinance
- Peddlers/Solicitors permits are effective for one (1) year from date of application
- Peddlers/ Solicitors must show ID card (provided by Police Department) when going door-to-door
- No Person shall peddle or solicit on Sunday, nor before the hour of 8am or after the hour of 6pm of any day, except in response to the prior request or invitation to do so made by the person to whom the peddler or solicitor is peddling or soliciting
