It is important to not only know
to use a firearm, but
When and Where
to use it as well.
Many people make the mistake of purchasing a firearm and being unsure how to operate it safely and the circumstances under which it may be fired. This can cause a "
moment of hesitation
" that can cost them or a loved one, their life. Additionally, civil litigation often becomes involved as an unintended consequence of their actions.
This is only one of the topics that will be discussed which will empower you to be confident and knowing of your rights and options.
